Certificate of Good Standing

The Certificate of Good Standing - also called a Certificate of Existence, Certificate of Authorization, or Status Certificate - is a document issued by the state that verifies a company has met all requirements and is authorized to conduct business. It confirms that a company has paid all jurisdictional fees, franchise taxes, and has punctually filed their Annual Reports.

Companies may require their own Certificate of Good Standing for license and permit renewals, foreign qualifications, financial closings or other transactional events, and investor presentations.

Platinum Filings can obtain a Certificate of Good Standing for any company- and in any jurisdiction. In many Jurisdictions we can do so in as quick as 30 minutes!
